"Carlton Parade is a small retail strip in Sydney's southern suburbs, sitting directly beside bustling Carlton Station. As many cities become more gentrified, Carlton Parade stands as something of an antidote: full of character and genuine texture, the kind that's increasingly rare. The problem was that almost nobody knew it was there. We worked with Bayside Council to bring the local business community together and give people, from the neighbourhood and beyond, a reason to visit, explore and connect. And with 86% retailer satisfaction and an uptick in local and new visitation, we truly put it on Parade."
