Is the logo really only mine?
Yes. Every logo is sold once. As soon as you pay, it's marked Sold and taken off the shop for good.
Do I get a contract?
Yes. Every logo comes with a copyright transfer signed by Vadim, a PDF made for that logo, so you can show the logo is yours (for a trademark, an investor or a lawyer). Paying at once, it comes with your files. Paying in parts, it comes after the last payment, when the logo becomes fully yours.
Can I prove the design is original?
Yes. Every logo was posted on Vadim's Dribbble before it came to the shop, so there's a dated public record of when he made it. Write to [email protected] and we'll send you the link to your logo's post. Together with the signed copyright transfer, it helps with a trademark filing or if a copy ever turns up.
Is the logo already a registered trademark?
No. You buy the design and its copyright, and you register the trademark yourself, in the countries where you trade and the categories that match your business. In the EU one application covers every member country, and the Madrid Protocol lets you extend one filing to many countries. A trademark attorney can run the search and the filing for you.
What can I do with it?
Anything a brand does with its logo: use it on your product, website, packaging and ads, change it, and register it as a trademark. We recommend a quick trademark search in your country first.
Can I change it?
